After graduating with a business degree from Oswego State University in New York where he lettered in golf and participated in 4 NCAA Golf championships, Mike attended graduate school at Syracuse University before moving to warmer weather in Miami Florida where he began his real estate career. Mike spent five years as a real estate economist for Bell & Gardner where he performed feasibility studies of client profitability in the acquisition of properties in over 40 states. Mike then furthered his real estate career as director of data services for ISC/ First American Real Estate Services for 13 years. The position included selling bulk data to local MLS companies based in Florida along with national clients like CoStar and LoopNet. Mike began his commercial real estate career in 2001 where he was the leasing agent for an 18,000 SF retail center in Coral Gables, Florida which he eventually sold. Mike relocated to San Diego in 2005 and has specialized in the office and retail marketplace for landlords and tenants. Mike has worked with several notable firms including Charles Schwab, Benihana Group and Tara’s Steak House.
Mike and his wife live in the Carmel Valley, San Diego and he can often be found on the golf course or traveling to Alabama and Wisconsin where his daughters attend college.
