Will Compton

Will Compton is a rising commercial real estate broker specializing in tenant and landlord representation across office, retail, and mixed-use properties. He is actively covering Downtown San Diego and San Diego’s most dynamic central submarkets, including Mission Valley, Kearny Mesa, UTC/La Jolla, Del Mar Heights, and the rapidly expanding I-15 Corridor.

A San Diego State University graduate, Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Real Estate. He is currently pursuing the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further sharpen his expertise in investment analysis, market forecasting, and complex deal structuring, which are skills he already applies to deliver maximum value to his clients.

At DMJ Partners, Will works alongside seasoned professionals while broadening his capabilities in acquisitions, dispositions, owner-user sales, and leasing strategies. His hands-on approach and relentless work ethic have quickly earned the trust of clients seeking responsive, result driven representation.

During his time at SDSU, Will served in leadership roles within Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, honing the discipline and relationship-building skills that define his brokerage style today. Through a 2024 work-abroad stint in Madrid, Spain, Will gained international exposure and a broader business perspective.

A Laguna Beach native and lifelong coastal resident, Will is an avid surfer, hiker, and soccer player. His intimate knowledge of Southern California’s lifestyle and growth patterns gives him a unique edge when positioning properties that appeal to those looking to integrate work, leisure, and community.
