Josh Buchholz
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from San Diego State University Josh began his career in Commercial Real Estate with the Abbey Company out of Long Beach California before transitioning to a career in Brokerage with NAI San Diego in 2005. Since that time he has specialized in the leasing and sales of commercial properties in Central San Diego with a focus on Downtown and the surrounding submarkets. Josh's list of clients has included such notable firms as BOSA Development, C-III Realty Partners, Peregrine Realty Partners, Wood Partners, Pepsi, SDG&E and Douglas Wilson Co., to name a few. Two of his more significant transactions include the sale of a downtown office high-rise for $49 million as well as a portfolio sale in which he represented Peregrine Realty Partners in leasing up 2 of the 3 buildings in their San Diego portfolio and then selling them for a total transaction volume of over $73 Million in 2017.
In 2012, 2014 and 2017, he was recognized as one of NAI San Diego’s Top Producers of the Year. He is actively involved in the Rotary Club 33 of San Diego as well as a member of the board of trustees for the San Diego History Center. Josh enjoys coaching girls soccer for the Pacific Youth Soccer League and when he is away from the office loves surfing, backpacking, rock climbing, camping, mountain biking or any other type of outdoor activity with his wife, two children and their black lab Bronco.
