Emmett Cahill is a commercial real estate professional at DMJ Partners in San Diego, specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, owner-user sales, and leasing strategies. Known for his hands-on, service-first approach, Emmett has built a loyal client base by delivering fast, results-driven service tailored to his clients' unique objectives.

 

A native of Towson, Maryland, Emmett graduated from the University of Maryland in 2014, where he won two NCAA championships as a defenseman for the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse Team. Before transitioning to real estate in 2015, he worked for Under Armour and the Major League Baseball Players Association in New York City.

 

Deeply involved in his community, Emmett serves on the advisory board for the non-profit “The Well,” and is a member of Professionals with Purpose and the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Association. He also coaches local club and varsity high school lacrosse for GWB and The Bishop's School in La Jolla. Emmett lives in San Diego with his wife, Savannah, and their two dogs, Bo and Luna.
