Jordan Williams is a Senior Vice President at DMJ Partners and represents both tenants and landlords in commercial leasing and sales transactions, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term occupancy strategies. He brings extensive knowledge of the San Diego commercial real estate market, with experience spanning Downtown San Diego through North County.

 

Originally from North Carolina, Jordan graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and began his commercial real estate career in 2005. Jordan relocated to San Diego in 2001, combining a strong East Coast foundation with a deep understanding of Southern California market dynamics. He spent 20 years at a prominent San Diego-based commercial real estate firm, where he also served as Senior Vice President, before joining DMJ Partners in 2025.

 

Jordan’s greatest strength is his ability to relate to clients and truly understand their real estate needs. He is widely recognized as a trusted advisor and a pleasure to work with, known for building long-term relationships that often extend beyond transactions. Jordan’s clients are highly loyal, and many are close personal friends, a reflection of his relationship-driven approach and his commitment to client service and success.

 

Outside of real estate, Jordan enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. He is an avid surfer, golfer, snowboarder, and fly fisherman, taking full advantage of everything San Diego to offer.
